Warranty Period
Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery:
- Vape Devices: 7–30 days (depending on product type)
- Batteries & Chargers: 7 days
- Disposable Products: Not covered unless defective upon arrival
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure
- Improper charging or use of incompatible accessories
- Burnt coils, pods, or consumable parts
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo or video proof
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution
